No power gains with new parts?

I can't quite figure it out. Last season at the race track i ran my best 1/4 mile time 15.431 @ 89mph. My setup was intake and cat-back exhaust, my seats and spare tire were removed also. This season i added more parts, Y-pipe, pulley, and cold-air intake. My best run so far is 15.464 @ 88mph. by the way i am an automatic. Whats going on? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

wow. that was so useful

Many things go into those times, it could have just been the weather the day you went, but if you have added these mods u should be seeing low 15's consistently. I'd go basic first and check the regular maintenance things.

Maintenance was done. New oil, AT fluid, fuel filter, ecu reset. The temp did play a factor. my first run was 15.9 @ 85mph, temp was around 80 degrees. 2nd run was 15.5 @ 87 temp dropped hard. then the 3rd run i ran that 15.4 and temp. was cold.

What about your tires?

Maybe being older they aren't as sticky as before?
