Front strut brace torgue

Is there a particular torque spec to be used when installing a front strut brace on my '99? Seems like there should be a torque spec but I can't find one and the sales guy at Courtesy didn't know if there was a spec. Thank you.

No more htan 35 lbs./ft. of torque or you will snap a strut bolt. I tightened mine to 30lbs./ft. to be on the safe side.

29-40 ft. lbs. is the spec listed for the three upper strut mount bolts.
