Urgent. Please help!

My 99 maxima has been acting real weird. When i turn it on, if it was cold it would grind. And now the past two days when i turn it on and its cold, i would here a cluck cluck sound, i think its my valves. I suspected an oil problem and today i checked my oil level and it was practically overflowed. The last time i changed my oil was at a nissan dealer about 2000 miles ago. The grinding noise was going on before that but now im really worred after i checked my oil. Can anyone tell me what might cause the grinding noise and the cluck cluck sound. Also what happens when your engine has was too much oil in it. please help! thanks
Andy

The grind check your starter, the cluck cluck check if you have enough oil in there. It may have dried up from the cold weather

Having too much oil is bad too.... check the level again after the car has been stopped for 10 minutes on level ground... If it has way too much oil, it needs to be removed... Nissan's fault?

sorry i didnt mean when it was cold outside but that when the car was cold, i live in miami so its never cold around here. I have decided to leave the oil how it is and take the car to the nissan dealer and make them fix everything those bastards.
