I found a 99 5 speed silver Maxima SE, the website I found it said it had beige interior. I just talked to a sales rep there and he said that the seats were grey cloth, and it had some wood trim. So does this mean it has grey cloth w/a brown dash?? I thought the wood trim didn't come on black dashes???

There is no Silver 1999 SE. It's either Sterling mist or Pebble beige. If it's a Sterling mist, the interior is the charcoal grey color. If it's Pebble beige, the interior is the tan color. Both interior could have the factory wood trim...it was an option back in 1999.

I don't expect any used car sales guy to know stuff like this. If it's a new car sales guy, then that's a different story.

In 1999, the Sterling Mist only had Gray/Black cloth as an option. If it's the Pebble Beige than it could have either color cloth. As Tony said, both were available with wood trim, as it was an accessory option in 1999.

Good Luck!

Factory wood trim is expensive. Go aftermarket and you have some very cool choices.

Sterling Mist with Charcoal Leather. It wasn't called black, Nissan calls it Charcoal.
