i was pulling in to a parking spot today, and noticed a slight grinding noise from the wheels, like some thing was rubbing together, it wasent constant, but it sounded like it was variable based on how fast the wheel was turing.

Could this be warped rotors, worn pads, or something else?

 

It could be a loose piece of wheel well lining. Look in the wells for any signs of loose plastic or rubbing.

 

Lately I've been hearing a "popping" sound when I put the car into reverse, almost when I apply the brakes I hear it quite often, like the whole brake system is going to fall off or something. Any suggestions
