It gives extra 10hp!
J/K. Its for looks. Same as putting on rims or a body kit.

a lot of people here don't like the GTR badges either, and call them rice, as they would the civic badges

and if i'm not mistaken, i thought the badge was good for at least 50 HP, not 10

You are right but we have to consider that the badge is from a Skyline thus we get extra 280hp.

ahh, very true...i forgot about the skyline effect...but if you place a Y-pipe on your GTR maxima, it'll be about 300 extra, not just 280

BUt if teh badge came form Mr. M SKyline then its 1300+190+catback+y pipe+intake=HP Its up tot he person if they like the GTR badge or not. Some decals that I find on cars look stupid and others make me happy in my pants.

gtr badge and wheels are not the same thing at all, a wheel and tire package is one of the best things u can do for ur car for take off and hard turning, gtr badge is good for, o wait, nothing

I never said I liked them. But the "right" combination of tires and wheels give benefits. No 22inch rims and tires going to benefit a car. It will only benefit by looks.
