I remember a while back someone talking about getting someone to make sideview mirrors that have turning signals in them like Mercedes has. Does anyone know of a company that can custom fit them on a 4th gen Max?

You might want to try a ford BBS if you have no luck here. The expeditions have turn signals in the side view mirrors also.

check with your local body shops and see if theyll do em. with enough $$$, im pretty sure you will find someone wholl gaft it on for ya. you can also check out the aftermarket side mirrors at http://www.autodynamic.com, but im not sure if even thsoe will fit.

The signals he is talking about are on the 2001 SLK. The blinker is not in the mirror like the suxpedition. It is part of the casing and is classy european styling. This would be a mod I have not thought of. Sweet. I might just swing by mercedes and ask what a pair costs. If there is a market for this mod look for hondas to get this one first again. Like everything else.

Honda's already have them. They already make M3 style mirrors for Hondas that have blinkers built into the housing.

I'm pretty sure that Mingo is the guy that has them. He got them from Taiwan I think. They do not indicate though, they are just for show.

Me and my friend wired single strobes behind the mirror and connected them to blinkers on his Civic. Whenever he turns, the mirror blinks, looks awesome.
