Inspection Question

If i bought a Cali Spec car, would i pass inspection in Delawar (it's on the East Coast)? Also, off the subject, how do i post pictures in my sig if i don't have them on a webpage????

As far as I know the only difference is that CA cars have that smog emission control thing. Unless Delaware has something against reducing smog it shouldn't be a problem.
