Anyone know how to take off wiper arms....

I tried unbolting and removing my drivers side wiperblade arm but the thing wouldn't budge. Do you just take the bolt off or is there more to it? I could't see very well...poor lighting...

Sometimes you need a puller tool. I'm sure an auto parts store would have one you could use real quick.
