Just a pointer for you folks who are interested in service manuals. I've purchased 4 brand new cars in my life, the first which was an 85 Maxima and each time before I've shaken the salesmans hand on the deal I've added: OK but only if you include a service manual in the deal. I've yet to be denied. Some have given me funny looks and questioned my request, but I've insisted and have yet to meet a salesman or sales manager to deny me to less than $ 100.00 concession. Try it after all other negotiations have ended and you are accepting what you consider to be the best deal you can get. Happy reading!

Are you referring to the factory shop manual? That's a good idea. Never thought of bargaining for that. Definitely next time.
