I just bought that same High-Flow Cat, and when I went to get it installed, I was told that it did not have a 02 sensor, so a custom job would have to be done to install. Without the 02, the C.E.L. would stay on a cause problems. I'm going to the meet today, to see what my fellow max lovers think. P.S., the guy tried to charge $175 for the installation. Let me know if you hear anything else about it.

Funny i remember the o2 sensor being before or after the cat. Shouldnt be a custom job. you should be able to remove the cat and bolt that sucker right in. I couldnt break the bolts so mine still sits in the box

Yea, the 95-96 models have the o2 sensor in the cat, and 97+ have them after the cat. I saw that same cat, but I has already placed an order for the Random Tech Cat.
