My car is 98 but with only 25k miles, I would like to change the transmission oil(just drain and fill for now), but I don;t where the plug is located , it is easy as changing the oil (I have done oil change myself and it is a piece of cake). Do I need to jack up the car?? remove any of those plastic cover at the bottom of the car....Thanks for any help... My car is auto...

 

The drain and fill of the tranny you mention is even easier than the oil change. Put the car up on ramps. Go under and you will see a large bolt right on the tranny pan. Get a 19mm wrench, loosen, drain, retighten, and refill. Done.
