Stillen exhust 50 state legal?
For some reason i couldnt find this searching, even though Id think it would be here somewhere.
Anyway I got pulled over for my stillen exhust. The dude said it has to be off by Monday morning. My car is really quiet actually. its just the stillen rear section

I live in Maine and the law states that
I've had two different mufflers on my max for over a year. The first one was frikken really loud. This stillen one isnt really at all. last night was the first time any cop has had a problem.
A resintor might not be a bad idea.
3. Amplification prohibited. A person may not operate a motor vehicle with an exhaust system that has been modified to amplify or increase the noise emitted by the motor above that emitted by the muffler originally installed on the vehicle.
