Whew...Passed CA Smog Check

Whew...Passed CA Smog Check

I don't know why I was worried...I know that the cat would
take care of it, but I was still concerned about the ypipe.
Especially since I was directed to go to a specified smog
"test only" station.

But the car passed with flying colors , falling below 50% or
less on each category of required limits. Perhaps it's time
to trash the stock y-pipe which I was keeping for "insurance"?

I guess what I was really worried about was failing some sort
of visual test. But I knew I had it made when the tech saw
me pull in and said "Wow, nice 300ZX!"

keep your stock y incase you ever decide to sell the after market y or if something happens to ur car.

did you drive it around until the engine was warm like many members recommended? i'm thinking of getting a y-pipe too and I'm in CA.

HEHEH nice 300zx damn do they look that much aloike did ya put that veilside 300zx conversion hehe. Anyways I just like what I do be active duty military and from cali and live in cali but registered in texas so i dont need smog hehe
