Does your y pipe have a whisly sound or describe your noise

when i got WOT, i get a hissing sound that i rilly enjoy so i hope its nothing bad, one weird thing is between the 1 and 2 shift i get a weird sort of blow off valve noise except it sounds like dropping a chain link on the ground, like metal vibrating, i hope thats not bad either, everything seems good.

I get what sounds like a rattle..."bees in a can".
Also I think I've been hearing an exhaust leak lately, but the sound is at the end of my exhaust, so I don't know if it's a problem or not. No noises anywhere else.

MIne makes a little bit of a similar sound - I think it is the flex being streched out on WOT, and I think some of the noise I hear is some of the exhaust gas escaping through the flex. Isn't real bad though. Also, for the rattle, check the hanger right at the y pipe and catalytic convertor connection. Mine was rubbing a bolt occasionally and would make a rigid scraping sound. Bent the hell out of the hanger and the problem went away. Remeber that the y pipe moves a bit too so factor that into whether or not the hanger is the problem. Good luck.

Whissssssszzzzzzzzz...
Now that the weather is nicer out...
Windows down, I can hear the same sound...Like a turbo or Blow Off Valve. I think it comes from the Ypipe. Took the ypipe off (clean/coat it with Ceramic paint) and my flex pipe was fine.
Sounds actualy kind of neat...other than you/me..I don't think others will really hear or notice it.
