The low idle only happens in "R"? In "D" your ok?
This is a wild guess -
Your ECU must adjust the idle speed to compensate for the slight load on the engine when your car is in gear. So perhaps the switch or signal from the shifter which alerts the ECU to R,D,2,1 isn't working in the "R" position.
I'll check the Haynes manual to see if there are references to signals or switches on the shifter or the tranny.

Re: try cleaning your throttle body...
My throttle body is clean, but how do i clean the IAC? I did a search on here and couldn't find anything. Do i just shoot throttle body cleaner into the IAC inlet tube?

When I cleaned mine, it was FILTHY!!!!
