Climate Control whistles!

Climate Control whistles!
Whenever I have my (manual) climate control on I hear a faint whistling sound coming from the dash in which the pitch of the whistle is directly proportional to the RPMs. Higher RPM, higher pitch whistle. When I turn the fan off, the whistle goes away.
Any other Maxima drivers out there experience this before??
I have a 100% stock 99 SE 5-spd.
Thanks!

Re: me too kinda!
I can suggest a few things:
1) I believe there is a radio capacitor across the ignition coils to supress noise.
2) Check the bonding wire on the muffler if it's broken, replace with any braided wire. There might also be one from the transmission to the body.
3) Install an in-line noise filter to the battery feed for your stereo.
