Y-pipe question here?

Ok I ran in my 97 maxima GXE 5spd a 14.8 at 91mph.2.1 60 ft and i never bought a y pipe.My maxima was just lowered with intrax springs and had a popcharger, also on that run I had an arospeed muffler. Just the muffler, not even the whole cat back. Now i have a 2.5 inch cat back with a gutted out catalytic, with an Apexi n1 muffler for better back pressure. My question to you guys is if I add a Y-pipe with this combination which brand would be better, and how much would my 1/4 time drop and mph go up.Also how would it make my car sound like. My car sounds unique and everyone loves it,has a nice backfiring noise when I let off the gas in a low gear and I give the gas again.

You are asking for a very mathematical calculation. No clue pal.
A Y-pipe will add 10-12 hp to the wheels. Don't expect more than .1 second drop in your 1/4 mile...if that...
Budget & Warpspeed are both good & inexpensive options.
Stillen - expensive
Cattman - has had fitment problems.
