in the past month, neons have been the new thing around our hometown. i have 2 kits under the car and just got tubes put inside. the guy that did the install started a new car club named "X-Rated" and he wants me to join. but there are 14 cars in it so far and 13 of them are civics, with one ford exporer. they meet up and glow around certain places once a week and take trips to the track every so often. should i go?

Personally I wouldn't be caught dead with a neon stick in my car, much less anywhere on the exterior, but I'm a function-over-form kinda guy.

yeah, i know it was stupid, but i had them on my truck before the max, the dealership didn't give me jack for the truck, so i stripped it down to nothing. the neons were just layin in my room, so after 3 months i got tired of seeing 'em and put 'em on the car. but i love the cartoon
