just wondering if anyone has had any problems. I've read that other y pipes have had no problems in Ca. Most people say to warm up the car and then take it in for a smog and the car should have no problems???

sorry not sure what the difference is???
Can you fit a budget nonCA y pipe on a CAspec car??? Has it been done before??? I read the other thread in this forum but I don't totally understand the difference. I know there are differences in the precat but what about the o2 sensors. Is there an extra one in the CA and not the Fed????
Thanks guys.

There is no difference with CA when it comes to the Y-pipe. I have WSP CAI and Y-pipe and i passed very easily. It was over 100 degrees on the day i did it, and im sure that helped. Just warm up your car a little and youll be fine.
