Bose Speaker Help!!!

I am trying to replace the left rear speaker in my 95 SE, but I have no idea how to get to it. The grill cover wont come off, and when i look at the speaker from inside the trunk the screws i need to undo are sticking down, meaning that I have to unscrew them from the top and not bottom. If anyone can explain to me how to remove or even to get to the speaker, it would be very helpful...

Check the audio forum FAQ links. There might be somewhere in there that you can find a diagram. I have one, but its on hard copy and I dont have a scanner at home. I do know that you have to take out the rear seats, according to the diagram.
