Curious about O2 sensor codes

They other day I checked the code for my service engine light ans one came up as speed meter(not even techs know what it is ) and the other was for my knock sensor. I did some searching and saw that a faulty O2 sensor can cause the ks code to go off. Two questions- Don't O2 sensors have their own fault code, second is there any particular O2 sensor that would primarily cause the ks code(I'm pretty sure there are three O2 sensors for a '97). Thanks for any help.

Speed meter?

You sure it's not "vehicle speed sensor"?
