remove side turning lights ? need help.

hey guy, this might seem stupid, put how can u yank out the side light next to the headlights. One of the bulds pop and there is no way to change it, except pulling out the hold thing. This is a 98 max. so if any one got tips on how to pull it out it would be great. Thanks in advance.

Did you try the search yet? It's been discussed so many times.

Brief: take the screw off on the top of the housing, then use a screwdriver (line it with a cloth), and pry it open. There's a ball socket that holds it in place, you'll have to yank it out and try not to break anything.

Remove the screw from the top of the assembly. Then you need to apply a pull between the front of the cornering light and the headlight to remove it. Then the lamp socket assembly will be visible and the lamp can be replaced. Reverse the the process for re-assembly. Should take about 5-10 minutes. One can remove the assembly by pulling hard as indicated.

once the phillips head screw is removed take a flat head and wedge it between the light and where it is attached. Once the flathead is in turn the flat head which in turn slowys pushes the light out. Much easier than pulling that thing out and chanceing breaking something.
