I have a problem with my rear brakes. I lifted up the car and turn the wheels by hand the left rear doesn't turn and its catching the right wheel is a little bit better but when I pull the hand brake the brakes in the right rear are not working. When I drive I can feel that the brakes are catching and my brake pedal is low.

 

You may have:
seized calipers....
low brakefluid/bad master or slave cylinder/air in system

 

Thanx for the tip. I got the calipers changed at a local mechanic. I went to a dealership and the statered bs 'ing me that i needed brake cables which my mechanic told me were perfect. I went to the other dealer and i told him i need calipers and asked the guy how much are the calipers , he would not tell me becasue he had to check what is wrong with the car first and after i paid 40 bucks for the check up. So i asked him again nicely how much are calipers installed on a max., he agian said he dont' know he said he don't know how many pistons it has and it might need bushing and other bull**** things, it was a simple question, how can you work at a dealership and don't know how much a simple caliper installation is. and i don't know where he came up with does other part names. All he wanted is for me to pay for the check up and he would probably give me a high price for the calipers telling me that i need them, which i already knew that i did. Sorry for the long post but i hate when people lie to me like that, he things i stupid or something. I thing that might be the last time i am going to a dealer maybe for oil change and thats it.
