Pulled off my spoiler today! HELP!

Well if anyone has a spoiler on there car they would know that it is bolted down in two places on the trunk(2 middle places). Well on mine the 2 center places where it is bolted down were cracked all the way around. Today i went to open my trunk and i pulled it up by spoiler(I know this is bad). Well the rubber liners got sealed together and instead of the truck opening the spoiler came off in my hand. I know this might sound confusing. Well now to my real question, what should i do now? Should i go with the OME spoiler or go with an aftermarket spoiler. Please keep in mind i an not looking for a BIG wing or a Type 2 spoiler. Any ideas would be helpful. It is a real eye sore to look at the trunk wih 4 holes in it and no spoiler.

I love the look of OEM, its really a choice you'll have to make according to your tastes but if your taking opinions then i say OEM (you shoul dhave a poll up there )

Well I would go with a different looking spoiler(Type 2 or wing) but, i am more of a style guy. For example my Max with a wing on it would not look good next to my '67 lincoln continental with 22". LIke i said i am more of a style guy. I guess you are right.

I think you should have 8 holes in your trunk. Maybe thats why the spoiler came off in your hands. There should be 2 holes drilled for each pedastool.

I got my spoiler painted factory color from The Spoiler Depot.com for $199 and its great......
