0803 Absolute absolute pressure sensor or circuit at fault how do you fix that? help

Today I am cruising on the highway and I see this nice Mustang with a saleen kit driving fast so I speed up and give him the go signal and he just points forward so I try to irritate him by staiying next to him, so he then pulls out a badge no big deal hes a cop, I then see this 00-01 max cruising so I get next to him you all know the out come of that one he punched it first twice and I beat him. But then I get my check engine light and everytime I am in third gear and hit boost around 8-9PSI my engine light always comes on and I about had it , anyone know how to fix this problem or know how to fix it? do I have to replace something? will someone help?

I had a similar problem...that was one of the many codes that I kept getting last month..at WOT.

To make a long story short...I replaced ALL 6 ignition coils.
1. cost $660.00 F**KING Rip off
2. Result SOLID ACCELERATION/LOW END "Lurch"/SMOOTH Throughout the powerband/FEELS LIKE A NEW CAR.
3. Peace of mind.

btw. $660 included NGKs and Tans Flush....still..."F"the Dealer!

The absolute pressure sensor is that "boost controller" thingy that was mounted at the top of your stock ram air intake scoop, next to the radiator. Most people on the org have concluded it did nothing and have it tied out of the way. I suggest you check the wiring for that sensor. Maybe there's a short. The purpose of the sensor is to compare the outside pressure to pressure inside the intake manifold.

Anybody know the part number for this absolute pressure sensor the "boost controller" thingy and price. I have been driving for a month now with the same 0803 code and 1302. Will a bad "boost controller cause the 1302...to set off also??
