Stillen Metal Matrix Vs. Raybestos brake pads.

I have heard reviews on both and i'm curious as to which would be better for the buck?

I'm a hard braker but i need them to be able to have a high burning point.

I have had both:

1/poor to 10/excellent

SMM Pads.....Braking 8.5 (You will feel the difference)
Brakedust 3.5(fronts get very grey)
Squeal 2.5 (sounds like a school bus)

Raybestos Quietstops...Braking 7.0(Not bad for the price)
Brakedust 9.0(Amazing!)
Squeal 7.5(They are quiet)

First, I agree with the "search" comment, but since I'm writing....

I installed Raybestos Quiet Stops (only get Quiet Stops) about 750 miles ago. Dusting has been minimal, and I haven't heard a peep.....yet.

I bought mine at Checker...don't know if you have Checker, but it's like Autozone or Pepboys. They weren't very expensive. If you have some time I'd cruise online and look for them there (just a wild guess). But if you want to do them now, just call local shops for a good price.

Good luck!
