I spanked every 3000GT and 300ZX(and most mustangs) I came across in my Grand AM SE with the Quad four. Since the Maxima has much more torque I expect to get about the same results. I have a few memorable incidents where I saw taillights: A modified stang, a Lt-5 Vette, A >500 SEL Benz. But it's really hard to get any races in a Grand Am I tell ya.

Hey I spanked one at the track..

I bulbed his *** and haven't seen him since. I think he missed second gear but that wouldn't have mattered.

He(nice guy) came up to me in the pits and told me his best was a 13.80. So he would have been within a couple of tenths of the luxury ride!!!

Oh it was a VR4 alright, I made sure to look at that, but like I said I don't know much about the car so if those cars are fast and can definitly beat us, then it was just bad driving on his part.....oh well

Watch out

Yeah must have been really bad driving on the drivers behalf. Kinda hard to keep up with them unless you got some serious mods done.

UMMMM

They are rated at 320hp stock, but they are less and they loose performance very fast. They are a twin turbo set up much like the 300ZX, but very, very cheap. One of my friends bought one of the showroom floor in 95, raced it for about 2 months and got to rebuild the engine. Mitsubishi sales garbage, and people love it. Oh yeah, about that guy with the Quad four Grand Am, you are full of ****. If your going to come on here and lie, atleast make it somewhat believable. Come on! A 3000GT SL tops out at like 106 and takes a long time to get there. You might be able to hang with that in your Grand Am.
