changing video to mpeg
changing video to mpeg
i've got some clips from a max meet in fayetteville, nc from last night, but the camera we used wasn't digital. is there a way to convert the footage to digital so i can post it. i know there is something new out now that allows you to copy video to dvd... but, one, i'm not sure if that would even work or not, and two, i don't want to go out and buy something like that anyway. is there a place that can do this for me?

2) DVD burners are expensive! Starting around $500+
3) Fayettenam is pretty close to NC State. I might just have a friend that can help you.

1) Try www.pricewatch.com for "Video capture" cards. The quality of this will depend on the speed of your computer and your computer knowledge. About $100+ for anything close to decent

When you do get the Capture card, you might want to try Adobe Premiere(if not equipted with card) or Ulead Movie Editor. They are both great softwares, that can do what you need.
