I just installed my cai about 2 weeks and I was driving today when i hit a pot hole.When i got home i look to see my filter and saw that it was drop.What do you guys think i should do?I already clamp it and was wandering if there could be any damage to my engine?everything seems fine thought Thanks for any info

 

You're probably just fine. Secure it now and dont worry about it.

dag, sorry bro, how long have u been driving with out filter? i'm sure nothing bad will happen in such a short span....dag, i hit heavy potholes daily and mine never fell off...secure it tighter than a virgin bro

 

 

I think i must have drove like 1 to 2 hours w/o it.I only notice because it sound it louder than it used to.I was wandering if water could get in there while iam driving?I have no fog lights should i have to worry about water when its raining or snowing and iam on the high way?I did do a search and the only think i came out with is get a bypass valve.The only thing is that it only works when the filter is submerge in water.THANKS FOR ANY INFO
