I have seen a couple of people with the Yakima racks and wind deflectors. I have one on my max but it is a little different. First I traced of the YAKIMA letters from the front, replaced the Y and K with a M and X, in the same font. Then I cut the new letters out of adhesive white vinyI and applied them to the flipp side of the shield, in the same place as the Yakima logo ont he other side. Unless you are really looking you would assume it was a regular Yakima shield.

If you have a Thule rack, I guess you could do it as well, but you wouldn't be able to get over the fact that you have square bars instead of round. Sorry.
