97+ Owners with Apexi WS

Hey All,
I need some input from 97+ Owners with the Apexi WS Exhaust. Does it stick out past the bumper or not? I have fitment issues with mine. I would love some input please.

No, it will be tucked behind the bumper about an inch or so.

What kind of problems are you talking about? I just had my WS put on, and it fits great (CA spec 99). It conforms to the bumper cutout very nicely and doesn't stick out at all.

When I put the WS on my 97, it was touching the bumper, and would have started to melt it if I didn't do anything. I just took it to an exhaust shop and had them bend a hanger and it looked perfect.

However, when I put that same exhaust on my 99, it is slightly off-center. I have a feeling that alignment has a lot to do with the other exhaust components, and condition of the hangers in the system.

Each car is different.
