95 GXE.. speed limiter?

For any of you that own a 95 GXE, does yours have a speed limiter?

(i'm not asking how to get rid of it and i know GXEs have one, i just want to know if my year came with one... and yes i am aware of the FAQ which i am reading right now

)

oh i have one...yay. but then again, how often do i need to go above 118? i figure if i never need to go those speeds because that's crazily stupid.

All GXE's with out the C&C package have limiters. GLE's and SE's do not have limiters.
