driveshafts going bad, or something else?

OK, I put a LSD tranny in my maxima... after my conversion 5spd greedy kids, I know haha... but I did not swap the driveshafts, I have my open-diff 5spd driveshafts in there.. I looked up part numbers and it shows one for 5spd open diff, one for 5spd lsd, and one for both. I was told on here that if they didnt fit, the 5spd opendiff (stock) ones would be too small and wobble in the LSD tranny. I installed my non-lsd tranny shafts, and there was no play whatsoever, so I figured I got lucky w/ the non-lsd and lsd shafts...

a month later, today I notice for the first time, that when taking sharp turns at very low speeds, either direction, a litttle knock noise... in the driveshaft area (cant really tell where actually)

could this noise be my driveshafts having gone bad ? and what is the next step that will happen to them.. if it is them going bad, my fear is I take a interstate ramp fast and one snaps and i go off and wreck... is that possible ? and could the driveshafts have worked perfect for a month and just go bad today like this, or is something else wrong, or am I just mental about having my car perfect?

and dont anyone say "told ya so"
