my sunroof doesnt work. the power motor and switch are fine, but the cable /pulley may be broken.....at first it would open, but I would have to help close it...by pulling it along shut, now it gets jammed up and wont even open....so I just leave it alone....but would like to know what I should do about it....

how often do you use it?
My friend's sunroof died cuz he never really used it. I open and close mine about 4 times a week to make sure that doesn't happen to me. I also lube the rails to prevent friction.
To answer your question, I'd ask the dealer the next time you see him and ask. You don't have to have it fixed there, it might cost you an arm and a leg. If you're in Southern California, there is a great custom sunroof place in Newport Beach, they've been there since I was born in 1980.
