Installing replacement SC Pulley Instructions

I'm planning to switch out the plastic tensioner and idler pulleys soon and would like to know if there is anything I should be aware of before embarking on this job?

I'm assuming that I'll have to remove the mounting plate from the engine in order to replace the idler pulley, right?

Also, does it matter which way the pulleys go in? (meaning retaining ring facing in or out?)

Thanks in advance!

I was only able to get to the tensioner pulley... The idler pulley looked like the S/C mount had to be removed... There wasn't enough room to get to it... at least on the V2.

I still need to get the small bushing for the idler pulley anyways... ASP didn't have one installed on that pulley.
