Is Anti-sieze absolutely necessary for Spark Plug change?
I just bought stock plugs from Nissan, and I want to change them today, but I don't have the Anti-seize and I want to know if it is super critical to get it? I hate to have to wait to install them the car's been running the same plugs for 92k miles. I also heard that if too much anti-sieze is on them it could damage the O2 sensor?

You should if you can. Could potentially prevent a very costly problem later. If one or more plugs freeze in the head and galls the aluminum, you now have a $1500 bill on your hands. Even if you have to wait a day or two to get the anti-seize do it. Be carefull not to get the goo on the tip of the plug.
