I have a set of brand new, unused, working Umnitza DDE's for use in 2002-03 maxima headlights.

how to tell if they are the cold weather ballasts? i have the ballasts sitting in front of me, what do i look for?

I think if the ballasts are plastic instead of the original metal? Not sure so someone correct me if I'm wrong.
