i was gonna say, doenst that mean its stolen?

 

i bought one off of ebay for $100 two months back. wanna tell me thats stolen too.

i like spare parts especially if its for a car that i have currently. i didnt need the light, i bought it for the bulb ballast and ignitor. i also buy acura legend parts off of the forum and ebay, who's to say where they came from.

I'm from Brooklyn so i know what goes on there in terms of nissan hids. damn only thing left is to call the cops on the guy, lighten up. i see only east coast people jumped on this guy, thats f--ked up.

BTW the one off of ebay is cracked too. lock me TF up for buying some thing that may or may not be stolen. and i have Xenon hids on my Legend Coupe. thats my $.02

These are not stolen. One tab is cracked and not broken, usually tabs are broken when they are stolen. Plus I only have 1 headlight. So it was a spare I picked up, and not stolen. And thanks 02nismaxlegnd94 for having a little faith in me.

 

k, but you can definitely say it's overpriced.. $250.. listen to 02nismo and sell it for $100!

No one said cops in any statement.. looks like you're the one over reacting... You know how sensitive the subject is if you know interms of nissan MAXIMA hids... Insurance jumps about a grand just to insure these lights

Looks like these tabs are cracked and not broken.

 

the tabs were all intact on the headlight but the lower portion where the light seals had a crack. the thing even came with the security hold down bracket that nissan make to protect the headlight from theft.

its not about over reacting coming from nyc people always tend to think people from ny are thieves. look at the first post from jersey, delete the post this thing is obviously stolen. come on. contact the seller via PM and ask him the deal, dont play cop and crap all over his post keep it real. if he says some thing shady then post a warning.

it show how much respect we have for each other as people with a common interest.

i have to say from experience that those tabs crack when you tighten the bolt too tight.

 

from my experience, when the headlight is wrenched out in an attempt to steal them, the tabs comes right of and the break is usually parallel to the headlight. Also if these were stolen, both tabs would be broken.

 

Thanks for the confidence in that it is not stolen. I don't want to sell these on eBay.

So be careful buying stuff off thats "cracked".And I didnt know.... means jack to the cops .
Cracked or broken HIDS mean stolen.Why would you want broken $1200 headlights anyhow?Sounds fishy ,dont it?
For $200 you can get ebay Xenons and they work fine,I had em for 4 years .I have both headlights and fogs HID.They look fine.
So the excuse for theives?Stupidity,
buying stolen HIDs just makes them wanna steal more OFF OUR CARS !
