Anyone that's doing any front plate removal or front kit installation... I'm trying to run a perfectly street legal Maxi and sadly my ride didn't come with a front plate or holder... I bought new plates from the DMV, now I just need a place to mount it. I'd need the hardware too.

I think it's $20-$30, at least that's what the auto shop told me. The dealer would probably charge u more for it =X. I was looking for them too, but I decided to put my license plate inside the car by the front window... but I think that's illegal too =X. Then I just took my front license plate away and just not show it. I know some states don't require you to have a front license plate... lets hope the cops think I have an out-of-state car.. *cross-fingers*. I think some people used the back license plate holder as their front one as well. I might do that later.

 

i just removed mine today as a matter of fact. 25 shipped and its urs!

Mine was just screwed into the front bumper with a coarse thread phillip screw.

They were rusted and I tossed them...but everything else is there in great shape. you just need to find some anchors or some way to mount it.
