no its is not cleared.. i will post pics as soon as i can but i took it apart and sprayed it black i will post pics.. soo you can see it. my friend did it thats why the rings where sprayed too.. No HID,, OR Ballast

these headlights are still pending? im interested got money in hand maybe willing to give a little more....just got mine stolen last night.

 

he mentions above that they have no ballast, so these won't work for you(since the ballast is screwed onto the headlight IIRC)

 

well wouldn't i be able to buy a new ballast along with bulbs and wiring and install them onto these lights?
