M3?! Mmmmm, tasty lol. I have this head unit and everything mentioned can and has been done. I have done everything except get the adapter to use steering wheel controls but I know others that have purchased that. I have it hooked up to my ipod too and I hear this is an adapter you can buy to even have image of ipod on head unit. It basically has all good features, very happy with mine, purchased from Pearl96max.
Ammi, what do you mean by including an "OEM Amplifier Integration"? Also, do you have the remote?
How about the condition of the actual unit. Are there any noticeable marks or scratches on it? It's hard to see from the pic.

This is description from Crutchfield regarding OEM Amplifier Adapter:
"The Scosche OEM Amplifier Adapter is a non-electronic interface package that allows you to integrate a high-powered aftermarket receiver into select 1994-up Nissan and Infiniti vehicles with premium factory systems. The package includes the OEA-4 adapter and a Nissan-specific harness. The OEA-4 unit has output-level gain controls for each of its four channels which can be adjusted to properly match the new receiver to the factory amplifier - $39.99"
There's are absolutely zero scratches on the screen. or buttons. Heck I'll even throw in the remote (paid $25) w/ the Navi
