must be the sound from the y-pipe i just got installed the exhaust is much louder than before anyway i'm on the parkway i pass this prelude 98 or 99 vtech pretty fast,he catches up and starts to ride my bumper so i downshift to 3rd and wait for an opening in traffic, finally it opens i signal and cut across 2 lanes the honda can't hang ,i slow down a guy in a 2k eclipse saw me cut the lanes and gets right behind me and the prelude catches up and gets behind the eclipse, so now we're all in the fast lane traffics starts to build up i spot a opening and take it the eclipse follows the honda's not fast enough and gets stuck and never catches up again,i get back in to the fast lane eclipse catches up behind so i drop to 3rd and leave him but have to slow down for traffic he changes lanes and gets past me and beeps his horn as he passes ,i notice the badging it's a gt by this time traffics heavy and his lanes moving faster he's about 3 cars ahead i change lanes again and star to catch up his lane slows i catch an opening and blow past,he takes the shoulder but can't catch up i leave him a few cars back ,now this wasn't a top end race but i was surprised the eclipse did alot better than the vtech prelude, any body have info on these cars?

 

YUP FEAR ME AND MY RSB MUHAHAHAHA!!!THE FIRST DAY I INSTALLED I BROKE IT IN BY KILLING A CRX,THE CAR HANDLES MUCH BETTER NOW.

She bought a 2000 GT with 205 hp and 200 tq. It is a fast car! I drive it often. A little more fun than the maxima for fifteen minutes and then the claustrophobic feeling kicks in and I need to get out. I have seen a few magazines that rate the 0-60 faster for the GT than the new maxima. But then again I see the opposite as well in magazines. I think my 5 gen maxima is faster. She wanted a Maxima like mine because it felt like it had more *****. She didn't want to get one because I had one! Her car is fast on the street but at top speeds, it is slow. When I am in 5th gear in My Maxima at 80 mph and I push on the gas, I feel it take off. Gets to 100 quick. Her car though, is a different story. Gas it at eighty and it goes nowhere. It takes a long time to get to 100. Clearly not a top speed performer
