I do not have any idea on the mileage, but the spring has no rust, no damage, I can see of. I can ship it as soon as I receive the funds. If I receive it before 4pm, I can ship it the same day. If you order this today, it may get there this Saturday, if not, Monday. Priority Mail calls for 2-3 days.
