Looking for an inexpensive FSTB?

I found a great deal on ebay for some relatively inexpensive FSTB's that I thought some of you who haven't done this mod yet might be interested in. I wasn't going to make this thread until I actually had it in my possession and tested it out. The bar is very beefy, seems to be built just like the Stillen one & I noticed an immediate difference once I got on the road. Best $35 I've spent on my car performance-wise yet.
BTW,this is NOT my auction, I'm simply spreading the good word.

>>Click me.<<

Guy says there's 39 available...
Hope this helps!

I just got the same bar from another org member. I can vouch for this bar as well. Very beefy bar and has nice welds on the strut mounting points. You can not go wrong with this bar.

Nice find. It looks like a good alternative.....looks just like the Stillen and the Otto bar.

My boy just ordered one as well after seeing mine. This is a really solid offer fella's for a great price. Then again you can spend the 100.00 + for the stillen because it says stillen.

I dont know if you guys noticed, but he's got some Falken lowering springs for $99.99...does anyone know about these? I'm waiting on a new(to me) set of shoes for the Max and I'm gonna need to lower the car. The drop is 1.7"/1.6". If the springs are anywhere near as good as the FSTB, this might be a nice deal as well.

What do y'all think?

Is it really solid? Some of them on eBay are so weak that I can make them flex with my hands.

You are not going to bend this with your hands. When I tell you it's solid that is just what I mean. It's heavy as well. An extremely nice bar. Promise you won't be disappointed.

As far as springs... uh... dunno. I wouldn't go that route but that's just me.

All I really need them for is a couple months til I can afford an actual setup...the max isn't my daily driver, I probably put 50 miles a week on it just going to the store or the gym. Maybe I'll be a lab rat with this brand.

has anyone who has bought one had any problems with them (hood clearance issues, brackets not fitting, etc.)???

edit: no fitment issues for me either. Bar is nice and thick, the bracket is thick and looks very sturdy.

FSTB are pretty much all the same, they don't do that much. Hard to beat $39
