Yup, everything is the same EXCEPT I don't have an '04+ manifold so core program is out of the question, I would need yours first, however if you can score one from a junkyard for a good price w/elbow I'll re-imburse you up to $140 for it.

Yes, there are gains to be had from the port-matching, when I finally did one, I found the step/mismatch was actually alot more than I would have ever expected, on top of that it is made significantly worse by the very loose fit of the upper manifold onto the lower, if you were to loosen the brackets & bolts for your upper you would notice that you can slide the upper 1/4" in every direction, this makes for quite the flow disruption not having the runners perfectly aligned. So when I return a port matched lower & upper combo the lower also has teflon tape wrapped around the 2 studs to center the upper in the precise position that it was portmatched in.
Is there any difference in power? Yes. Is it significant? It's not going to do miracles, it's not going to have anywhere near the effect of the SSIM, I would geuss maybe 5hp at best, but when you are looking to get everything you can out of a motor, it's the collective mods as a whole, the little things that add up.

Oh, haha, gotchya, my bad, that dyno was from an auto, you'll never see an auto dyno under 4K, you'd be hard pressed to find a 6-speed one much lower as well, driveability doesn't suffer much at all though, nowhere near enough to negate the benefits of 15hp that's for sure.

Kevin,
Is there any code thrown for Vias malfucntion--or other assorted codes? Perhaps we can do before and after dynos on my car down by you. My powerband is all over the place with stock set up. Peaks, valleys and everything in between. When I step on the pedal, I never know what I am going to get.

Some inside pixs of my SSIM by KRRZ350
I just got this back today, and it looks GOOD on the inside. No - I didn't spring for the outside polish jobs - then I would have to clean up the engine compartment...
In no particular order:

The shelf is gone, and #5 and #6 are opened up - I would have to do a half-dozen of these jobs before I could do the job like this..
I'm going to have so much fun this season.

^^Yup, just 3.5's (Including Altima's)
Wow, thanks for the pics Grey, unfortunatly I feel like a complete tool right now, I completely missed rounding out that little chunk that can be seen in pic ...95. Damn it. I'm dissapointed in myself I usually take care of that.
Also, I'm glad you didn't unbolt the cover on your basic version because I sealed and tourqed it for you of course, but in a way I wish you did, because even on the polished versions which have a block-off plate that is ground down and flushed out for the most part, I weld the nut to the bolt that blocks the old shaft hole. I'm sure lock-tite or even the excess permetex that gets on the threads would be sufficient, but I definitly like to play it safe with them.

I saw the tidy work you did on the cover - and the sealant - so I left it alone the way I got it. After all, if I wanted beautiful, I would have gone for your polished version and one of Aaron's custom end caps. I prefer to fly under the radar, under the hood. Freaks out the losers, you know - 97% of the people I'm gonna whup this season won't even know it's a 3.5... Heh.
Dual 15 lb bottles in the trunk and 1-3 stages of spray should keep me occupied as well. Plus an under-the-hood cold-air intake starting at the front underside of the hood for my short ram intake should help those intake temps some...

No clue, I don't know what has been done what hasn't, what grit it was started with as well as other precations, it's quite possible I'd have to start from scratch to avoid scratches in the finished product. I'd have to see.
