any updates on the kit?

 

I Received the valance yesterday and I will be meeting my guy this weekend or early next week. He told me it would take at least a month to get the mold ready and start producing them. Ill keep you updated.

Isn't really a scam... he bought it with his money. True that he told us not to bid, but would you have shelled out $500 for the used valence?

 

no scam here haha My guy is still working on it. I have just been really busy with work and havent been able to update you guys. Any ways ill email him today to see whats up. but last time i checked a couple of weeks ago he was still working on the mold. It takes a long time to get it right. Ill keep all of you update.

 

I just talked with my guy and he was really busy doing other projects and he said that the mold should be ready in 2 weeks. Ill keep you posted

Well Im no longer interested in this...its been 3 months since he got the valence and Im not quite sure how much longer it would take. I just paid for a stillen rear lip online

 

I have been really busy planning my wedding. but i just called him and the molds are ready and he said he will have a set made this week so lets see how it turns out will keep you updated sorry for the delay

 

get some pics asap once the molds are complete.

 

Well, i've been keeping an eye on this thread, if the molds look nice/right, i may be interested sometime before the end of the summer im located in mass/ct, keep us informed with pics/info

People are just so crazy about AE lip kits. It's "possibly" cloned by krmaxima already.
I can live w/o the rear valence. Not that big of a difference anyway.

 

not only does it look clean, but it's very rare to find it "CHEAP", which everyone in this board wishes for.

sometimes you gotta pay to play, but maxima owners are generaly too cheap. And thus, aftermarket support has been almost non-existent for our cars.

Well... I agree with the rare part. I think you can't get the middle piece from dealership. The middle piece was featured only on factory AE.
