yes, i tried the link. however from experience tho the stock 02-03 manual shift boot does not fit the gle wood grain trim on the manual transmission. the shift boot falls short about an inch. i want to make sure it will fit before i buy it.

I must admit I was not aware of that, do you mean that the boot is short around the bottom or too short height-wise?
Either way if you can specify the necessary measurement of either height or bottom opening we'll customize the boot for you at no extra charge if you order it.

I had a question in regards to a shift boot for the 4th gen maxima. First of all some guys here are no longer 5spd and have converted to a 6spd maxima. However the 4th gen shifter trim stays the same but the actual shifter assembly changes to a 6spd. There is a difference between the shifters and how the boot attaches. Would you be able to make something that fits the 4th gen shifter trim but works with the 6spd shifter assembly?

yes sir, we'd be happy to do that, we'd need a few measurements but other than that it's a breeze, we do this routinely for Impreza guys who switch the 6-spd STI transmissions into their WRXes (5-spd from the factory). So it's really no problem at all.
We have black, red and gradation all in stock for now. Black and Red will be available in constant supply, gradation once it runs out we will not repurchase.

What measurements would you need to create this shift boot? Basically I would like to keep it the same height as a shift boot for a 2002-2003 maxima but have the bottom of it fit the 96-99 maxima shifter trim.
