On the driver's side top row, the second bulb from left to right sometimes flickers when brakes are applied. Not a big deal though

They will fit 2002/2003 Maxima/Alttima. They will also fit 3.0L if you know what you're doing (EGR).

do you know what the y pipe will fun me at? I checked the stillen site and all they have is headers w/ the ypipe. Should i call them to get an actual price on the pipe?

The y-pipe alone is like a couple of hundred bucks. Give Stillen a call. They're still available.

do u have any pic of the tail light on if not are any led not working of in full working condition. and the one with the crack do any water get in?

No water gets in.
On the driver's side top row, the second bulb from left to right sometimes flickers when brakes are applied. It comes on just fine after it warms up. No big deal.
