not sure about v manage, but the utec is pretty close to plug n play IIRC, the emanage is no where near that and requires alot of wiring

I am not sure if Utec will get into Nissan's variable timing.

Look on my350z for a used e-manage blue, they dump them for short money because they come with the greddy tt kits and most guys upgrade to utec. Granted the e-blue can't do as much as the ultimate (extending revs), but you can pick one up for less than a new neo & it can do sooooo much more than a c-afc (crap air-fuel controller )
Regarding cam timing, the only other way asides from a TS ecu to modify nissan continuosly variable cam timing is to get a greddy V-manage, and they're decent money.
